AFHEG Foundation is a non-profit health organization in Uganda, that focuses on empowering young people and communities with accurate health and environmental information through creative storytelling, e-learning, and interactive gaming, enabling them to improve their quality of life while making informed decisions.

Our goal is to build a community of health defenders that will raise awareness about crucial community health and environmental issues.

By fostering health and environmental literacy, the AFHEG Foundation aims to equip young people with the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their health and environment, ultimately contributing to improved well-being and sustainable development in Uganda and beyond.

Through our programs, we aim to increase understanding of environmental and health issues while promoting disease prevention, sustainable living, and  health promotion.

Our goal is to enhance healthcare quality and strengthen Uganda’s health systems while providing equal access to community health services and health information through the use of trained volunteers.
